Alex and Lexi could hardly contain themselves as their family traveled up the Inside Passage along the Canadian and Alaskan coast. The ferry was so-o-o much fun! Along the way they spotted beautiful eagles, graceful whales and seals. Stopping at the coastal villages was so much fun. Then on to Anchorage, Denali National Park, Fairbanks, Minto, Nome and north above the Arctic Circle. Alaskan history, animals and culture came alive. Meeting Athabaskan Indians and some Eskimos were definite highlights. Oh yes, don’t forget the dog sled racing! America’s “last frontier” has something for everyone!
