Alex and Lexi were discovering there was LOTS to see on the historic roads of Kansas and Oklahoma. They had seen longhorn cattle, prairie dog “towns,” an armadillo scamper across the road, and now buffalo. With just a little bit of imagination you could be “riding the range” with Will Rogers, traveling iconic Route 66~Main Street USA, fleeing a tornado, growing up on the prairies, or camping out under the stars like the early pioneers. Look closely, and you just may see a collared lizard, coyote or roadrunner as they scurry about their day!
